Bought a stunning Porsche Panamera from Parkway Motor Group last week and I can say that it was the best decision I have made by far. There is not one single thing at fault with it, not to mention the bargain I had when settling the deal.

Purchased a JCW Mini Countryman today. Couldn’t find fault with anything. Rang and enquired earlier in the week and arranged a viewing. Can’t fault the service here. I was in the market for a new car and a Fiesta ST3 caught my eye as it was a little cheaper than most other places/cars however, the car, the service from Dean was fantastic. Car looked great and I was able to take it out for a test drive (even though I showed up with no appointment and they had to re organise the whole showroom to get it out, sorry!) which definitely made up my mind. Paying for the car, having it dropped off super quick after they serviced it and getting the 3 month warranty included (PLUS a 12 month free RAC breakdown cover) was all a professional and smooth experience. One learning point for us was that we discovered that Autotrader publish their own version of car specifications and the dealer’s description is the only correct one but Parkway were great at helping us through the buying process, which was much appreciated.

From the time I got there nothing was to much trouble attitude. This is possibly the best garage I have ever got a car from. Car delivered on the day and time as agreed. Me and my wife have just purchased a BMW 120 D from this garage and we couldn’t be more happier. The level of service provided far surpasses any main dealer. Very Impressed I used Dean to purchase a car during Covid and use the click and Collect we agreed a price for mine and a Renault 2012 . Purchased a Ford Focus ST 3 about a month ago. Andy the sales manager didn’t try any hard sell techniques that you would find from other dealerships. He was honest and made the purchase relaxing and easy.They gave me top price for my part ex with no need for haggling.I did have an issue after about a week of driving the car regarding the bolster on the drivers seat, but after phoning Andy and explaining the issue he quickly and efficiently resolved it by arranging a repair. (I did notice the issue when testing the car, but didn’t realise how uncomfortable it would be until driving for a longer period of time). I cannot fault the after care I received and would consider them again when buying my next car.

Bought a clio sport 197 from parkway motors was dealt with by Dean. A lovely bloke , not pushy , but freindly and put you at ease making the whole experience a pleasure. A few very minor faults with the car were sorted before I took delivery. Had to go back 3 weeks later with an electrical fault, it was sorted whilst I waited, during which time I was looked after with copious quantities of hot beverages . Would definitely shop here again . No need to look any further than Edwinstowe!! Well done guys .

Can’t recommend these guys enough. Top quality service from them from start to finish. I went to the garage to view a Mondeo and was approached by Andy who offered me the keys then left me alone, no sales pitch, no hassle, no intrusion. After agreeing the purchase i left the car to be serviced and MOT’d prior to me picking it up. The only blemish on the car was the Ford badge on the boot but i was not bothered about it and did not bring it up as an issue. When i returned to collect the car i found that Andy had had the badge replaced for me. That shows the quality of these guys. The customer service is second to none and the cars on offer at the premises are all of the highest quality.

Purchased a Clio V6 from them which in itself they made a very easy and enjoyable experience. A slight hitch arose after a few days and their response was outstanding. They sent a recovery vehicle, took the car away and fixed it then made sure it came back to me, with no hassle whatsoever. Some garages / dealers could learn a great deal from these guys.

I will honestly say I have never encountered a second hand car dealer with morals anywhere near the standards these guys offer and set. A abosulute benchmark in how to sell cars.
