Purchased a JCW Mini Countryman today. Couldn’t find fault with anything. Rang and enquired earlier in the week and arranged a viewing. The car was ready when we arrived as promised no pressure at all from Dean the salesman really professional.Took it for a test drive, my wife loved it. Went into the office did the paperwork. It came with 12 months MOT and a service. Seamless transaction, he even sorted her phone connection to the car before we left. Can’t fault the service here. I was in the market for a new car and a Fiesta ST3 caught my eye as it was a little cheaper than most other places/cars however, the car, the service from Dean was fantastic. Car looked great and I was able to take it out for a test drive (even though I showed up with no appointment and they had to re organise the whole showroom to get it out, sorry!) which definitely made up my mind. Paying for the car, having it dropped off super quick after they serviced it and getting the 3 month warranty included (PLUS a 12 month free RAC breakdown cover) was all a professional and smooth experience. Very happy customer!
